Refunds
FINEPRINTCO does not offer returns or refunds where the client has asked for special delivery via a non-art-courier.
Please choose carefully as we do not operate a refund or exchange policy for “Change of Mind" Returns.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or method of refund payment.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 2 to 4 days to receive your refund in your nominated bank account.

Sale items

Exchanges
We offer replacements if the item received is damaged.
Confirmation and proof of damage must be sent to customerservice@fineprintco.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods in order to receive the replacement item.
