One of the great joys of photographing in Melbourne is the vast range of subjects—from the classical architecture of the CBD to the vineyards of the Yarra Valley and the coastal seascapes that stretch along the coastline down to the Mornington Peninsula. 

I’m especially drawn to the weathered docks, colourful bathing boxes, and historic boathouses that line this coastline all the way to Portsea. In this shot of Sorrento’s bathing boxes, I focused on the soft interplay of blues and whites, creating a serene coastal moment.
