In the grand catharsis to our triptych, originally inspired by a story from a friend in the Philippines, I wanted this climactic image to leap from the frame in an explosion of human frustration; a kind of honest emotion lacking from traditional fashion stories. Rather than present our models with self-importance and hubris, we wanted them to emotionally burst from the seams as complex, all-encompassing characters.
