Lisa Perruzza - Collection Launch

Artist Story.

Born and raised in the picturesque Lake District of Northern England, Lisa Perruzza enjoyed the cultural influence of both English and Italian heritage. Lisa's path as an artist can be traced back to her early childhood and the influence of her late Mother, who always encouraged Lisa to explore her creativity through painting and drawing as a child, and to further her passion with her education into art and design school. Lisa obtained her artist training at Lancaster College and Cumbria College of Art and Design before moving to Australia in 2004.

Lisa has an inquisitive interest in art and design, travel and culture. Lisa draws inspiration for her work from her surroundings - snorkelling at the beach, walking in the forest or discovering a new city. The beauty found in the shapes and forms of the natural landscape, juxtaposed by architectural urban design inspire her works. Lisa's art is a continuing journey and evolution of her current lived experiences and travel memories.

‘I am truly my most authentic self when I’m in my studio, transported through my memories and imagination into my own world of creativity’.

Working with a variety of mediums, Lisa uses acrylic, ink, impasto, and pen to create her highly detailed works. Lisa has the pleasure of sharing her work throughout the world with her original and printed works selling to collectors from Australia, Europe, Asia and the United States.
