Description

Photographic Edition print by Tony Potts

A puff of wind. The turn of a head caught mid-motion. These are the moments that separate a fashion photograph from something more lasting. I wasn't shooting clothes that day, I was waiting for the moment when the image came alive. When the wind lifted her hair and she turned just so, everything else fell into place: the open sky, the empty beach stretching out behind her, the city left somewhere far behind. What you see here isn't a pose. It's a fraction of a second that revealed something the clothes alone never could. A moment of pure sensuality, caught and kept.
