I was shooting fish and chips for a café client at Nielsen Park, a simple enough brief. I had the box perfectly placed in the sand, the light was right, I was just about to press the shutter. He'd clearly been watching and waiting for exactly that moment. Wings spread, head down, completely committed, caught absolutely in the act. What was supposed to be a straightforward commercial shot became something I'm far more proud of. You can't plan this. You just have to be ready.
