I was heading out of town, back to LA, when the wall at The Saguaro Hotel caught my eye - it was like a beacon of colour and light. I pulled over immediately and grabbed my camera; once of those unexpected, spur of the moment finds you're just thrilled to capture. I left the desert feeling completely creatively nourished; it was the perfect parting gift as i drove out of town.
