Noosa has been my creative sanctuary since the 1980s. What began as a retreat for painting delicate nature studies became a life behind the camera. After years on the Sunshine Coast, I moved beyond the tourist trail, exploring secluded coves and quiet beaches in the national park. 

Over time, I’ve learned to adapt to the ever-shifting light, as I observe its subtle changes—one of the beautiful gifts of photographing a region so intimately over time. Each photograph carries a soft, painterly quality—echoes of my early watercolours.
