Pearls Bar High Tea Competition
Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

This competition is governed by these Terms and Conditions and any accompanying Competition Details, collectively referred to as the “Terms”. By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The competition is organised by Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast, located at 71 Sea World Drive, Main Beach QLD 4217, in collaboration with Calleija Jewellers, together referred to as the “Organisers”.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who reside in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria.

To be eligible, individuals must:

• Dine at Pearls Bar at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and enjoy a High Tea experience during the promotional period; and
• Submit a valid entry through the official competition sign-up page, completing all mandatory fields and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Employees of the Organisers, their affiliates and partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 30 November 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Attend a High Tea session at Pearls Bar during the competition period.
• Complete the official online competition entry form, including all mandatory fields:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Suburb
  • Postcode
  • State
  • Mobile number
  • Birthday
  • Email address
• Confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by selecting the required tick box: “I agree to the competition Terms & Conditions”.

Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details

One winner will receive a luxury prize package including:

Slim Aarons Print – Bettina Graziani
Valued at $2,495.

A one-night stay in a Premium Ocean View Room at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast

The accommodation prize includes:

• Overnight accommodation in a Premium Ocean View Room;
• Daily buffet breakfast for two; and
• One seafood buffet dinner for two.

The accommodation and dining component of the prize is valued at $1,000.

Total prize value: $3,495.00.

The prize does not include airport transfers or any additional costs incurred by the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organisers reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equal value without notice.

The accommodation voucher will be valid for six months. The winner is also responsible for the collection and transportation of the Slim Aarons artwork from the Gold Coast.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

This is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly drawn during the week commencing Tuesday, 1 December 2026.

The winner will be contacted by email or Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance. Confirmation details will be provided by email and must be presented on arrival.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required timeframe, the Organisers reserve the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant.

The winner’s name may be announced publicly through the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast Facebook and/or Instagram accounts.

7. General Conditions

The Organisers are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties.

No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misdirected entries.

The Organisers’ decisions on all matters related to the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms at any time without prior notice due to any reason beyond their control.

8. Privacy & Publicity Consent

By entering the competition, participants agree that:

• Their personal data may be collected, used and disclosed by Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and Calleija Jewellers for purposes relating to the competition, marketing communications and other reasonable business purposes.
• They consent to receiving marketing communications from Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and Calleija Jewellers.
• If selected as the winner, they consent to the use of their name, image and likeness in promotional content, including photographs, videos and social media posts, without further compensation.
• All rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights in such promotional material, will belong solely to Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and Calleija Jewellers.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

Entrants provide their information to Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and Calleija Jewellers, not to any external platform.
