Refund policy

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait a few days and check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We can offer a replacement item if the item received is damaged in transit. We will send the same item to replace the damaged one. Please send us an email at orders@fineprintco.com
