Jenna-Lee Joy

Growing up in the beautiful hinterland of the Tweed Valley and Byron Bay region of New South Wales, Australia, Jenna-Lee Joy specialises in evocative and moody forest landscapes.

'My work is a journey into the heart of nature, where I seek to capture the serenity and harmony found in the landscapes that inspire me.

Through my art, I explore the concept of forest bathing—a practice that invites us to immerse ourselves in the natural world, and deeply find solace in its beauty.

Each piece I create reflects the tranquillity I experience in these environments. I am drawn to the quiet moments, the gentle rustling of leaves, the play of light through the trees, and the ever-changing colours of the seasons. These elements come together to form a visual narrative that speaks of peace, calm, and the deep connection we share with the earth.

My intention is to offer viewers a space of respite, a place where they can pause, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world. In a world that often feels chaotic, I believe it is essential to have moments of stillness. My art is my way of sharing these moments, of bringing the tranquillity of nature into our everyday lives.'
