Kylie Caldwell is a proud Bundjalung multi-disciplinary artist based in Bundjalung, Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia. With over a decade of experience, her artistic practice spans painting, weaving, ceramics, installation, fashion, and textiles. Kylie is recognised for her unique ability to alternate between vibrant and natural colours, offering powerful and playful, emotive, and intuitive abstract artworks. 

Caldwell’s practice explores themes that reverberate around her, including both traditional and contemporary cultural stories and values. She uses allegory, metaphors, and authentic imagery to explore cultural codes, emphasising perseverance, evolvement and fortitude. The value of kinship, customs and culture are significant inspirations in her practice.
