For five years Brooke has lived on a sailing boat — first her father’s, then her own with her young family – exploring remote bays across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, with an epic three-week Atlantic Ocean crossing during her journey.

Brooke’s life is strung to the ebbs and flows of the weather, seasons and wherever the wind and the next alluring mark on the map would carry her.

While plans are always written in the sand at low tide, they’ve allowed her to access hard-to-reach locales, angles and light; or otherwise pass through popular destinations long after the crowds have moved on.
