How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unframed prints are sent via a rolled tube within three to five (3-5) days of the order being placed. Please add an extra ten (10) working days for framed prints.

Why is the 'Add to Cart' button greyed out?

There are a few instances where you may not be able to add items to your cart. This may occur if a variable is unavailable within a product. Example: You are wanting to purchase a Slim Aarons Canvas Print in a D size or smaller but the add to cart option is unavailable. This is because the smallest Slim Aarons Canvas print size we offer is E.

What are the print material options?

Matt Photographic Paper: 230 GSM
High White Satin Photographic Paper: 260 GSM
Rag Paper: 310 GSM, White, 100% a-cellulose inkjet paper that guarantees archival standards.
Satin Canvas: 380 GSM, Polyester/Cotton, Natural Bright White.

Limited Editions | Artist Editions | Aboriginal Art Prints:
Available on Rag Paper.

Photographic Editions | Snapper Media:
Available on Satin Photographic Paper, Rag Paper or Satin Canvas.

Open Editions:
Available on Matt Photographic Paper or Satin Canvas.

Slim Aarons:
Available on Satin Photographic Paper or Satin Canvas.

What is your return policy?

FINEPRINTCO will offer returns on any framed or unframed prints damaged in transit where delivery has been arranged by us using our preferred art courier. If damage has occurred a return lodgement must be placed within three (3) days of delivery.

To do this simply contact us via our contact page or email: with the order number and images of the damaged print.

FINEPRINTCO does not offer returns or refunds where the client has asked for special delivery via a non-art-courier. Please choose carefully as we do not operate a refund or exchange policy for “Change of Mind" Returns.
