For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with photography. I’m happiest when wandering a foreign city with my camera in hand - I get lost in streets and alleys for hours on end. I love observing the romance of the everyday. I’m an Italian Australian living in Sydney – my work reflects my life and my travels.
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked as a News and Current Affairs camera operator for Channel Nine. Work has taken me all around the world covering global events including the war in Iraq, terrorism in Indonesia, natural disasters in multiple countries and the World Cup in Brazil. I have just returned home from three years working in the US bureau for Channel Nine based in Los Angeles. I always have my stills camera in tow too, looking beyond the story, to the finer details of a place.
Photography has always been my outlet and my true passion. This collection is a selection of favorite images from the tens of thousands I’ve captured through my lens over the past 2 decades.
There is nothing more humbling than seeing my work hanging on the walls of other people's homes and offices - for me, this is the ultimate compliment.
