Initially inspired by my father’s garden in New Zealand, I developed a deep passion for capturing nature’s intricate and transient beauty through the photographic art of scanography. Now living on the Gold Coast, Australia, I continue to explore the vibrant beauty of locally grown flowers.

My work blends art and nature, focusing on the often overlooked details that surround us. Through experimental techniques, I delve into the beauty of flowers up close, capturing fine high-resolution details to create dynamic representations of the natural world. Each piece reflects my personal connection to the environment, drawing inspiration from daily observations, flowers I gather during my walks, and visits to local flower growers. With each image, I aim to evoke a deeper connection between the viewer and the serene yet powerful elements of nature, and to celebrate all stages of the plant’s life cycle. It's like having a garden on your wall - bringing the beauty of nature indoors, one image at a time.

With a background in fashion design, creative direction, and styling, I’ve spent years bringing visual concepts to life - from fashion sketches and pattern making to styling photoshoots for brands and interiors. This experience has shaped my approach to botanical photography, applying the same attention to detail and artistic vision.

I started collaborating with renowned New Zealand skincare brand Antipodes in 2022 and my botanical photography is now featured across their global campaigns.  Our partnership perfectly blends nature and science, capturing the promise of natural skincare to nourish the skin and the soul.

My new Mocha Clouds series, featured in Villa Cassia in Runaway Bay, Gold Coast, brings a calming, natural elegance to interior spaces. I work closely with interior designers to create bespoke pieces that connect art, nature, and design, transforming the atmosphere of both residential and commercial spaces.
